Chain Mail Scrubber Stainless Steel Round Free Shipping
Materials: stainless steel
This pot scrubber is made from kitchen-grade stainless steel and measures approximately 5" (12cm) across. The round nature of the scrubber means it will easily follow the natural curves of your hand and the pan you're cleaning. Also includes a handy stainless hanging ring of 1/2" ID size for hanging with your camping equipment. Each scrubber is tumble-polished for 4 hours to remove any burrs or sharp points left on the rings during knitting.
Chain mail is a traditional material for cleaning cast iron. It is superior to steel wool scrub pads for several reasons:
- Effective. It removes stuck-on food without ruining the seasoning.
- Durable. You'll be able to hand it down to your children's children along with your cast iron skillet and dutch oven.
- Economical. Once you buy one of these pot scrubbers you'll never need another one in your life, unlike steel wool pads.
This scrubber also works great on aluminum, enameled, stainless steel and glass cookware and bakeware. Avoid using it on Teflon coated items as the scrubber will ruin the surface.
Cleaning a chain mail pot scrubber is as easy as tossing it in the dishwasher or your regular sinkful of dishes. I prefer to hold it in my hand, squirt a little dish soap on it, and rub it between my hands under running warm water.

This is a wonderful scrubber—well made, smooth, no rough edges, dense. I use it everyday on my carbon steel pans. It’s also very tactile and hard to resist playing with in your hands... Recommended!
I'm very pleased with this purchase. It arrived promptly, and I like the item a lot. It's heavier than I expected - it feels high quality has a pleasing weight to it. It works great to remove food stuck to a cast iron pan without scraping away the "seasoning" of the pan. It requires very little pressure - one does not need to scrub hard, just sort of gently move the scrubber around and it lifts the stuck-on stuff away. The scrubber then cleans up nicely in the dishwasher. It feels like it will last forever, just like the cast iron pans themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend it, if you have any love for cast-iron cooking. And you should! I found zero little sharp edges at the numerous butted ring joins. It works great! Seller answered my questions quickly and in detail. These aren’t factory flips. Pretty great!
I really loved the chainmail pot scrubber. It was made extremely well and I really like the weight of it. My kids couldn’t stop playing with it (and they are 18, 20 and 24) I tried it out today on my stainless cookware and it worked wonders. I am going to buy one for my brother for Christmas! ****** I have been using this for a while now on all of my pots (except Teflon) and it does such a great job. There are a few minor scratches where my son got a bit too enthusiastic, but I’m not lowering the rating because it is not their fault :)
